A thoughtful renovation and rear addition transformed this Midtown Toronto semi into a warm, modern retreat for a professional couple and their two daughters. Studio Golara reimagined the layout with a refined Scandinavian sensibility, softened by curves, texture, and a focus on everyday functionality.

Arched details and white oak accents bring warmth to the clean-lined interior, while a white brick fireplace and fluted kitchen island ground the main living spaces. Wide-plank oak flooring and a soft white palette enhance light and flow. Matte black and brass accents add quiet contrast, completing a serene, livable home rooted in Nordic simplicity.
